How can I set up a consultation? 

You can set up a consultation by contacting us here and filling out the forum. Once it has been submitted, you will be contacted by our team via email to iron out any details. 

When should I purchase my deposit? Is the deposit included in my total quoted price?

Yes, the deposit is apart of your total quoted price for your custom garment. It will be subtracted from your total balance. Once you have been contacted after you've submitted an custom inquiry, the team member will let you know if we are able to fulfill your inquiry at that time and will direct you to purchase your deposit. During peak seasons, we may not be able to take every order. 

How much will it cost for a custom piece?

The price for a custom piece will vary depending on the type of garment, the detailing, the materials, and the labor it takes to create your garment. The starting price for prom gown is $400. Bridal gowns starting price is $800.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Items are shipped immediately once they have been completed. The speed of completion will depend on the processing time chosen when your garment was ordered. If you selected a standard processing time, your garment will be completed and shipped within 6-8 weeks. If you selected express processing time, your garment will be completed and shipped within 4-6 weeks.

My event was cancelled. Will I be able to refund my order?

This is an unfortunate case. However, refunds for site products are only available within 7 days of ordering. There are no refunds on custom garments. Please refer to our refund policy for more information.
